Forum Rules and Guidelines
We appreciate our member's contributions and interactions on our site and value your opinions. We do, however, have some rules we need to put in place in order to keep our site pleasant for all involved. Failure to follow our posted rules can mean a loss of privileges to use our forum or our site.
1. Be civil. Personal differences should be handled through email or PM and not through posts displayed to everyone. Should we see “flame wars”, those participating will be warned to stop and if they continue, the thread will be closed and the members can lose their privileges.
2. Do not post any information that you want private. Posts should not contain personal, identifiable information or content embarrassing to others.
3. Posts promoting racism, bigotry or any attacks against an individual's rights or beliefs are not allowed. Story lines that need to follow this line are ok as long as they are in character and not directed at other members or real people.
4. Promotion of products is not allowed without prior consent of Admin. Affiliate links posted will be removed if you don't identify them as affiliate links and get permission to post them before posting.
5. Spamming of the forum or site is not allowed. This means please keep to one thread and don't post the same thing in several different threads.
6. Abuse of staff or impersonating staff is not allowed and will get your account suspended immediately without warning.
7. Promoting illegal activities is prohibited.
8. Links to porn sites are not allowed.
9. Do not use all caps or SHOUT in your posts except when in character in a story. In addition, one exclamation point is enough when addressing other members, more than one exclamation point is fine in a story.
10. It's OK to have romantic posts but we cannot allow porn or adult content of any kind due to Google's policies and we could have students on the site at some point. We also cannot have nude photos or artwork with nudity.
11. We reserve the right to modify, close, or remove any post or thread that we feel either breaks the terms of our site or our forum rules.
